You press the "Print Screen" button (PrSc SysRq is written on the button) and then then add it into paint like you copied a picture, and it'll then appear and you can save it =D (Bad at explaining in English ^^"")

It´s next to the F12 button (At least on my Computer XD)

Eh.. Dont know XD It just takes a shot of your screen and you then can add it to a program and save it.
